For 36 years, as advisor, strategist, coach, and for the last 13+ years as a Vistage Chair in Los Angeles, the focus has been the same: helping CEOs and senior leaders build organizations that outperform.
Jed currently works as a Vistage Chair and CEO of Infiniti Leadership. He chairs 3 Vistage CEO and C-Suite peer groups in Los Angeles, runs monthly 1:1 coaching sessions with members, and facilitates leadership workshops and offsites for organizations of all sizes. He is certified in The Six Types of Working Genius and facilitates The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.
Those engagements required the same things the leadership work does: understanding how organizations make decisions under pressure, where leaders get in their own way, and what it actually takes to build something that runs without them. The industry was different. The problems weren't.
